SubiFit

Subifit.jpgSubiFit is a free, introductory, accessible and easy-to-follow outdoor exercise program run by the City of Subiaco. The program is aimed at anyone aged eighteen to sixty who is interested in improving their fitness, but isn’t sure where to start.
 
SubiFit is a great way to take control of your physical health in a warm, welcoming and supportive environment as you train alongside others who live lives similar to yours. It is open to anyone who lives, works or plays within the City of Subiaco, so come along and give the program a try.

Class times and locations

The sixty minute classes will run twice a week for eleven weeks starting on Monday 2 October. You can attend one or both sessions each week – and don’t forget to bring a friend!

Mondays
When: 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Where: Nicholson Road Reserve, corner of Nicholson and Rokeby roads Subiaco

Saturdays
When: 8am to 9am
Where: Lake Jualbup, Shenton Park

Please download and complete the SubiFit registration form (PDF, 289KB) then bring the form with you to your session. There will also be spare forms available on the day.

Health and fitness workshops

As part of the program, the city will also be running free monthly health and fitness workshops. These workshops will be lead by the qualified trainers from Lords Recreation Centre and held at various locations around the city.
