National Tree Day

Join the local community this National Tree Day and help the city plant 3000 native shrubs in Mueller Park, Subiaco. The planting continues the city's work in establishing native planting as habitat for wildlife while reducing the city’s water use in its parks and reserves. National Tree Day is a community tree planting event run by Planet Ark.

Meet in Mueller Park near the bunted off area towards the south east corner of the park, adjacent to Roberts road and Hamilton street, Subiaco

Volunteers should bring gloves, hand-trowels, spades and a water bottle, and wear enclosed shoes. Wet weather gear is recommended if it looks like rain on the day. Refreshments and a bbq will be provided once planting has finished.

For more information and to register, visit the Planet Ark Tree Day website or contact the city on 9387 0942 or email city@subiaco.wa.gov.au
