The council of the City of Subiaco has resolved to conduct an independent survey among residents to evaluate community views on proposed local government structural reform.
The city has appointed CATALYSE to conduct the five minute telephone survey, which commenced on Wednesday 4 December. The results will be provided to council to inform decision making.
If you do not receive a phone call about the survey but want to have your say, please complete the online survey on Have your say Subiaco. This modified version of the telephone survey is being carried out by the City of Subiaco and the results will be presented to council separately from the results of the telephone survey. The online survey is open to all and will be available until 5pm on Monday 16 December 2013.
All responses will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence and in accordance with the Privacy Act.
