City of Perth Act - Boundary change takes effect

As a result of the City of Perth Act which took effect on Friday 1 July, properties located in the City of Subiaco area south of Aberdare Road are now part of the City of Perth. All local government services will now be delivered to these properties by the City of Perth.

This area has long been an important part of the City of Subiaco – it has provided the city’s connection with the Swan River, offered world-class health and education services, and is made up of a community of passionate residents and businesses.

If you are a resident or ratepayer in this area, we hope you will continue to engage with the City of Subiaco, whether by attending an event, visiting the library or shopping and dining here. You can stay up-to-date with what’s happening in Subiaco by signing up to our new monthly e-newsletter
