The Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) has announced that in the four weeks to Monday 3 October, Subiaco topped the list for the highest number of sales in the western suburbs. While Perth prices, in general, are dropping, data hows that Subiaco remains in demand with many homebuyers eager to call the suburb home.
In the coming months, both new and long-time City of Subiaco residents will beneft from the completion of several major projects, including the renewal of gas and water mains beneath Rokeby Road, and the city’s own streetscape upgrade to create a welcoming, more pedestrian-friendly space.
